Mabey Ski Launches Founder’s Collection

British luxury adventure ski specialist Mabey Ski launches Founder’s Collection, a new portfolio of ultra-luxury guided ski experiences representing the pinnacle of four generations of Mabey family mountain expertise over more than century.

Each itinerary combines exclusive private residences with expert ski guiding, authentic cultural immersion, and comprehensive concierge service.

The first three Founder’s Collection experiences span Japan, the Alps, and Norway, unlocking insider access to secret powder, local artisans, and experiences most travellers never discover.

The initial three ultra‑luxury ski journeys offer private‑group adventures across the Alps, Japan and the Arctic are each built around exclusive accommodation, elite guiding and once‑in‑a‑lifetime terrain access.

The Alpine Ski Safari (from €160,000 for up to 8) combines a Savoyard chalet in France with a remote Swiss cabane at 3,000m, unlocking more than seven major resorts across France, Italy and Switzerland. Highlights include IFMGA‑guided skiing, helicopter transfers over Mont Blanc with a Vallée Blanche descent, private first tracks in Verbier, shepherds’ hut dinners and gourmet chalet cuisine.

The Niseko Powder Trip (from $360,000 for up to 10) centres on a six‑star private chalet with full staff and two guides. Guests ski Niseko’s deep powder by day and night, heli‑ski Mt Shiribetsu’s volcanic slopes, and cat‑ski down to the Sea of Japan before eating sushi in a fishing village. Cultural immersion runs throughout, from sake brewery visits to tea ceremonies, private onsen and chef‑led sushi‑making.

The Arctic Ski Touring Adventure (from NOK 3,000,000 for up to 10) spans the Lyngen Alps and a private island in Lofoten. Daily boat‑accessed touring delivers summit‑to‑sea descents, complemented by Arctic sea foraging, distillery evenings, sea kayaking, Northern Lights viewing and waterfront sauna and hot‑tub sessions.
