Blizzard has long been known for making hard-charging, stiff, skis when it comes to the freeride and all-mountain categories. While there’s no doubt a burly, metal ski has its place on the mountain, Blizzard’s freeride athlete team wanted something softer, more playful, and that allowed them to be even more creative. The Canvas line was the brand’s answer to the requests of athletes like Kaz Sosnkowski, Zeb Schreiber, Piper Kunst, and Connery Lundin, who helped develop the ski. The mid-width in the line, the Canvas 108 bridges the gap between the all-mountain daily driver in the Canvas 100 and the dedicated powder ski of the Canvas 118.
