Markus Eder Dusts Off His Park Tricks in New Edit

Markus Eder’s dipped his toes in just about every ski discipline. He ventured to Russia for freeskiing’s inaugural Olympics slopestyle competition in 2014 and, five years later, won the overall Freeride World Tour title. And if you throw in big mountain shred flicks The Ultimate Run and Circle of Madness, he’s got the video side of the equation covered, too.

Despite all the receipts, though, his versatility always comes as a bit of a surprise, as evidenced by his latest short edit, Dusting Off The Playbook. Shot at this fall’s Red Bull Performance Camp in Saas-Fee, Switzerland, the video showcases Eder’s booter and rail skills alongside some other talent, like Mac Forehand, Jesper Tjader, Nico Vuignier, and more.

“I’m not gonna lie, it sure was intimidating to see how hard the next generation throws down but very motivating at the same time,” Eder, who’s 35, noted in the caption to the video. “Many of the moves in this video i haven’t done in a while so i’m happy to find the feeling for it again and dust off some old moves!”

Dust off, he did. Tune in below.
