Ski In Jeans Day Is Back at Jackson Hole, Lift Tickets Are Just $35

Do you like cheap lift tickets and skiing in denim? Well, good news! Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s (JHMR) annual ‘Ski in Jeans’ day is back for a fourth consecutive year.

Taking place on December 4th this season, skiers and snowboarders who show up wearing denim can score a $35 day lift ticket, and three-day lift tickets valid December 4-6, 2026, are just $199. Translation: You can ski Jackson Hole for three days for less than the cost of one. Just make sure you pack that denim!

“Ski in Jeans started with a dream to break the world record, but it’s become one of our favorite days of the season because it belongs to the whole community,” said Ned Wonson, Vice President of Marketing at JHMR. “It kicks off a full month of events on the mountain, right when the snow really starts stacking up. From Kids on Snow to Santa dropping in from the Tram, there’s a reason for every generation to be here.”

Skiers can buy lift tickets for Ski In Jeans Day here. Previous Ski In Jeans Day lift tickets have sold out, so make sure to buy one sooner rather than later.

POWDER was on hand for Ski In Jeans Day 2024. It was one of the best times I’ve ever had on skis (despite wearing denim in bone-chilling temperatures), and you may see me there again this year.

If I can offer one unsolicited word of advice for would-be jeans skiers: go to Walmart and buy a ridiculously big and cheap pair of jeans that will fit over your bibs or ski pants. You will fit the part and still be warm enough to ski all day long.

Thank me later!
