T-Pain To Don His Electronic Alter Ego "TEDDY PAIN" at Palisades Tahoe This Winter

A three day music festival at Palisades Tahoe, California, is back, and this time, the singer, songwriter, and rapper behind hits like Buy U a Drank and I’m N Luv, T-Pain, will deliver some of the tunes.

But this won’t be exactly the same T-Pain that set speakers and dance floors ablaze in the 2000s. Instead, T-Pain’s performing at Tahoe Live as TEDDY PAIN, his electronic music alter ego.

He’ll be joined by several other big names in electronic music, spanning genres like house, bass, and melodic electronic.

The Tahoe Live weekend, which runs from December 11 to December 13, 2026, is headlined by Chris Lake, GRiZ, and Knock2 with numerous other supporting artists.

The series of shows will be held on one stage at the base area of Palisades Tahoe, just a short distance from the lifts, making for a unique music festival environment.

“Fans can literally walk from the ski trails to the festival, spending the day skiing or snowboarding before heading down the mountain for the music,” Palisades said in a release. “After dark, lights, lasers and large-scale production transform the alpine setting, with the surrounding mountains becoming part of the show itself.”

Tickets for Tahoe Live go on sale at 10 a.m. PT on Thursday, September 17. 

The bass-thumping shows should arrive a few weeks after Palisades Tahoe’s opening date, which is scheduled for November 25, 2026. Ski resorts put these dates on the calendar well in advance and typically hit them, but they are contingent on weather and snow conditions.

Tahoe Live launched as a two-day festival in 2022 before moving to Palisades Tahoe in 2023. Previous headliners have included Steve Aoki, Louis The Child, REZZ, DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal), and Diplo.
