American Express Cardholders Just Unlocked $200 Off Ikon Pass This Ski Season

Thinking about buying an Ikon Pass, but you haven’t pulled the trigger quite yet? Well, you’re in luck if you’re an American Express (Amex) cardholder.

Multiple Amex cardholders took to social media today, September 1, 2026, to share a new offer for purchasing an Ikon Pass.

“Earn a one-time $200 statement credit after using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $1,000 in one or more qualifying purchases online at ikonpass.com by 10/31/2026,” reads the offer. “Excludes Canada locations. See terms.”

As of today, a full Ikon Pass costs $1,499, and a Base Pass costs $1,019. Purchasing either product with an eligible Amex card should qualify the cardholder for the $200 statement credit. Ikon Session Passes start at $319.

The Ikon Pass will feature more than 70 ski resorts in 13 countries for the Winter 26/27 ski season. Stalwarts like Deer Valley, Palisades Tahoe, Mammoth, Crystal, Arapahoe Basin, and Stratton return, but the new resorts should pique interest in the Midwest.

Most notably, the largest ski resorts in Minnesota (Lutsen Mountains), Wisconsin (Granite Peak), and Michigan (Snowriver) have joined the Ikon Pass for the winter of 26/27. Full Ikon Pass members will get seven days of skiing at each resort, and Base Pass holders will get five days at each.

The Ikon Pass is expanding its reach in Europe, too. The pass recently announced the return of Valle d’Aosta, Italy, a massive resort that spans borders with neighboring countries. It’s joined by the world’s largest interconnected ski resort, Dolomiti Superski, the après-ski haven of Ischgl, Austria, and more.

Ikon Pass sales typically stop in mid-December. The pass has not announced a final date for sales this season yet.
