United Launches New Nonstop Flight From Boston to Jackson Hole
Starting this winter, East Coast skiers will have an easier way to ski the Tetons.
Last week, United Airlines announced a new, nonstop flight between Boston Logan International Airport and Jackson Hole Airport for the winter season.
The new route is another notable addition to United’s roster of nonstop flights to Jackson Hole. Alongside Boston, all seven United hubs in the U.S., including Denver, Chicago O’Hare, Houston Intercontinental, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, and Washington Dulles, will operate nonstop flights to Jackson Hole this winter.
Flights from Boston Logan to Jackson Hole will operate on a 126-seat Boeing 737-700, beginning February 13, 2027, and running until March 20, 2027. The route departs Boston at 10:20 am and returns to Boston from Jackson at 12:40 pm, with both flights scheduled weekly on Saturdays.
Additionally, those traveling the new nonstop route from Boston are eligible for complimentary lift tickets and demo packages on the day of their arrival. Guests must present a valid boarding pass or proof of flight purchase at Jackson Hole Sports in Teton Village to redeem.
“We’re thrilled to give Boston skiers and riders a direct route to their best season yet,” said Doug Pierini, CEO of Jackson Hole, in a press release. “Now guests can leave Logan in the morning and be in Teton Village that same afternoon, and we cannot wait to welcome them.”
The Jackson Hole Airport is the country’s only commercial airport that sits within the boundaries of a National Park.
As one can imagine with a world-class ski destination, winter storms can make travel to and from Jackson in the winter more difficult. Nonstop options from hubs around the country, including Boston, allow for expanded access to the Teton area, particularly during some of the best months to experience it.
Pro tip: if you’re flying in from the East, book your seat on the right side of the plane for a view of the Grand Teton as you land.
