Austrian Skier Hops Over Paddle Board Mid-Pond Skim

We’ve officially moved from resort pond-skimming season to backcountry pond-skimming season, where man-made pools give way to natural alpine lakes. Sometimes these pond skims will be associated with events, sometimes it’s just people trying to have a good time. Either way, the natural setting makes crossing these ponds even more challenging.

For professional skier Tao Kreibich, this skims are a piece of cake. Not only can he breeze over with no problem, but he can leap over obstacles like a paddle board while doing it. It’s some seriously impressive stuff.
