Aggressive Skier Instantly Regrets Starting Fight On The Slopes

Fist fights never belong on the ski slopes, but they do unfortunately happen. Usually, thanks to the crowded nature of ski resorts these days, the fights are captured on camera by someone nearby like in this case that apparently occurred at a Lake Tahoe area ski resort.
This is a bit of a complicated one and the exact is pieced together through Instagram comments, but apparently the skier in the red jacket was attempting to fight and/or saying he was prepared to fight the snowboarders. The guy in green, Brian Evans, approached the skier and the skier reacted by swinging at him with his pole, leading to the full brawl.
Again according to the comments a law suit did go down over the incident. Brian supposedly broke the skiers nose, forcing him to settle. The snowboarder in silver, Eric Ethans, was apparently sued for $750,000, with the skier claiming that the tackle left him defenseless to the attack from green jacket.
It was apparently found that Eric’s actions were considered reasonable and in “defense of others”, as he never actually hit the skier and just disarmed him. As such, Eric won the case and the skier was forced to pay most court fees.
This fight went down about three years ago, with the video only being released now because the lawsuit has come to an end. All of this information comes from the two snowboarders, so we can’t be certain that we know the exact situation, but it seems pretty evident that the skier started this one.
