Scotland’s Kirsty Muir Wins Slopestyle Crystal Globe
Aberdeen-based Brit Kirsty Muir (pictured left) claimed the women’s Crystal Globe today after finishing runner-up in the fifth and final Freeski Slopestyle World Cup of the 2025/26 season at Silvaplana in Switzerland.
Muir’s second-place finish in Silvaplana marks her fourth podium of the 2025/26 FIS Freeski Park and Pipe season after she won the penultimate Freeski Slopestyle World Cup in Tignes last week.
With Saturday’s result, Muir extended her lead over the women’s Freeski Slopestyle standings by 80 points to win the Crystal Globe on 280.
“I’m still very speechless. It had definitely been a goal of mine for a while and this season had been going so well. You have to be consistent over the competitions. I’m just overall so stoked with how the season has gone,” said Kirsty.
