California Ski Resorts Struggle To Operate After 3-Feet of Snow Falls in 24 Hours

A monster snow storm that deposited up to 4 feet of snow in some areas of California has force ski resorts to reduce operations and in some cases close due to reduced visibility, travel danger and avalanche risk.
If you plan on skiing or riding in the Tahoe area we highly recommend confirming the operation status of the resort you plan to visit and recognize that deep snow immersion risk is a serious risk today.
