Yogiski Returns
French neighbours Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville ski resorts will once again host Yogiski from 10–16 April 2026, marking a decade of this much‑loved alpine wellbeing festival. Blending mountain serenity with mindful movement, the event brings together yoga, relaxation and nature at a time when the Three Valleys are typically at their most peaceful.
Across the week, visitors can join a wide programme of free wellbeing activities, from first‑track yoga at 2,800 metres to Tai Chi, Ayurveda workshops, plantar reflexology, sound baths and candle‑lit yin yoga. The aim is simple: to offer restorative, uplifting experiences in the heart of the mountains.
One of the standout moments of the festival is the yoga hike to the Lac du Lou refuge. Participants ascend on snowshoes at sunset before settling into a calming yet energising hatha yoga session. A vegetarian, locally sourced dinner follows in the cosy mountain refuge, with the evening concluding in unforgettable style: a descent beneath a star‑filled sky.
This 10th edition also welcomes two expert ambassadors. Paris‑based yogist Caroline Perrineau, known for her Vinyasa practice and her work in movement neurology, prenatal and postnatal yoga, brings a philosophy rooted in authenticity and connection with nature. She is joined by Mathilde Guibert, founder of Solstice 108, whose inclusive approach makes yoga accessible to all ages and levels. Guibert will be accompanied by Mathieu, a physical trainer for elite athletes, who will lead targeted muscle‑strengthening sessions.
For those seeking deeper relaxation, the wellbeing centre La Belle Vie in Saint‑Martin‑de‑Belleville offers a tranquil setting with panoramic views. Its two heated pools—including a 33°C indoor‑outdoor pool—provide the perfect complement to Yogiski’s programme of mindful mountain activities.
All sessions are free and open to everyone, with registration required at the Tourist Office. Participants may sign up for up to five activities during the week, with full details provided upon registration.
