Skier Dies In Tree Collision On Aspen Mountain
Tragic news out of Colorado where Aspen One, the parent company of Aspen Skiing Company, has confirmed a skier died after impacting a tree while skiing on Aspen Mountain.
Aspen One reports the deadly incident occurred on December, 19th, 2025. The skier was reported to be wearing a helmet at the time of the collision and was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.
“Our deepest condolences are with the guest’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. We are truly sorry for their loss. We’d also like to thank to our highly trained Ski Patrol for their swift and professional response.” -Aspen One
The skier’s identity has not been released as of Wednesday evening. Our thoughts are with the victim’s family and friends.
