Lineman Coaxes Black Bear Down From Utility Pole In Arizona
As humans continue to develop more and more land across the country, wildlife encounters with people and human-made objects or constructions become more common.
In the video below, a black bear climbed a utility pole in Cochise County, Arizona. The bear was in serious danger of being electrocuted so a lineman worked to coax the animal down from the pole. Fortunately after a bit of work, the bear got down from the pole and ran away unharmed.
Cheers to the lineman that went up there to help out the animal. Obviously had the black bear been electrocuted, there’s a chance power or other services would have been knocked out to nearby buildings, but nonetheless he easily could have saved this bear’s life.
