Mountaintop Dinners Return To Jackson Hole For The First Time In 10 Years

For the first time in 10 years, skiers, snowboarders, and other Jackson Hole Mountain Resort visitors will be able to attend mountaintop dinners at the Piste Mountain Bistro.

Running between 5:30pm-8pm, guests will be able to ride the historic Bridger Gondola up to 9,095 feet to enjoy a culinary experience at the top of the Tetons. Fernando Mendez, the new Executive Chef, has a career spanning some of the world’s top kitchens from prestigious Four Seasons properties in Austin, Punta Mita, St. Kitts & Nevis, Mexico City, and Jackson Hole, to highly acclaimed independent operators in the Middle East

The rotating, fixed-price menu offers produce and meat from regional producers, including Cosmic Apple Gardens ID, Snake River Farms ID, 460Ëš Bread ID, Grove City Gardens ID, and many more. It costs $140 per person.

The restaurant is open Thursday–Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays only open during extended holiday periods (12/18–1/5, 2/12-2/23, 2/26-3/9). Dinner season at Piste Mountain Bistro begins on December 18th. Reservations are required and can be made on Resy.
