The interview with The Ski Podcast presenter, Iain Martin, was conducted in an unlikely setting and at a very un-wintery time of year.

Late last summer James was on the small and less well-known Greek island of Tinos when Iain gave him a call.

Iain and James have known each other for more years than they care to remember.

“Hi Iain, ask me whatever you want – I can do it now if that’s good for you,” said James.

Iain was interested in his early years as a BBC journalist, first for local radio and then national TV News.

How the transition to writing and posting about ski news happened, why PlanetSKI has proved so successful for all these years, his time as a ski instructor in Verbier, working with the Ski Club of Great Britain and his views on many, many subjects – skiing and others.
