Got Jeans? Jackson Hole Offering $35 Lift Tickets for 'Ski In Jeans' Day

Jackson Hole’s third annual Ski in Jeans Day returns this season on December 5, 2025, and with it comes a ridiculously steep lift ticket deal.

The event is self-explanatory. In 2023, Jackson Hole called on denim enthusiasts to see about setting the record for the most skiers and riders wearing jeans in one place. The resort passed that watermark handily. The following year, Jackson Hole set another new record when 3,320 Wrangler and Levi’s-clad participants showed up.

As with the previous Ski in Jeans Days, guests are encouraged to rock their best jeans at Jackson Hole come December 5, which is, very fittingly, also National Blue Jeans Day. The party includes special giveaways, drink deals, and the chance to ride a mechanical bull during après-ski celebrations in Teton Village.

What about those discount tickets, though? During Ski in Jeans Day, they only cost $35. A three-day ticket for the entire weekend costs $199. Compare that to the other lift ticket prices at Jackson Hole that month, and you have far more than an excellent excuse to wear your finest denim—during the holidays, standard tickets to the ski resort now cost over $200.

Ski in Jeans Day isn’t the only special coming to Jackson Hole in December.

From December 12 to December 14, 2025, Jackson Hole is hosting the Kids on Snow event, during which youngsters 12 and under ski for free, regardless of skill level.  The ski resort’s also offering $60 tickets on December 19 in honor of its 60th anniversary, while supplies last.

I attended the first annual Ski in Jeans Day. It was silly, festive, and not as chilly as you might expect—at least as long as you were wearing flannel-lined Bean jeans, like I did. But don’t be afraid to get creative with your jean selection, even if you end up a little cold. 

JNCOs? Diesels? Maybe some bright red denim? The wilder you look, the more popular you will be. Bonus points, of course, are awarded for Canadian tuxedos.
