The Wild Border Between Utah And Colorado

The border between Colorado and Utah is one of the most incredible state borders in the United States. Red sandstone canyons, dinosaur tracks, high alpine meadows, and soaring mountains cover hundreds of miles. Wilderness adventurer Logan Cundiff took quite the trip exploring the wild border.
Throughout his journey, Cundiff explores the Unaweep Canyon, the La Sal Mountains, and much more. He goes from desert floor to alpine tundra on the Colorado Plateau, checking out some of the most unique combinations of geology, ecosystems, and history.
“This adventure takes me through Unaweep Canyon, the only canyon in the world that drains in two directions, past the towering Navajo Sandstone cliffs of Gateway, Colorado, and into a maze of fins covered in ancient petroglyphs and stone circles carved by the Basketmaker people over 2,500 years ago.” – Logan Cundiff
