Danny Kass Debuts First Pro Model Snowboard In A Decade

Olympic snowboard halfpipe silver medalist Danny Kass just released his first pro model snowboard in a decade and he is proud to be teaming with Arbor in 2025. Kass is well aquatinted with product development as he was famously behind the early 2000s snowboarding glove upstart Grenade Gloves and had three non-negoitiables when it came to the design of his latest pro model:

-Tried-and-true freestyle geometry and a slightly wider waist for classic performance

-True twin snowboard that looks direction

-Full-length long skateboard graphics on the base of the board so that “when you get air, it looks like you’re on a longboard.”

Check, Check, Check. Here’s a quick look at the Danny Kass Park Pro Snowboard by Arbor Snowboards ($549.95):

It has kind of gone under the radar but Danny has transitioned from competitor to a coach and has been mentoring USA halfpipe squad for the past four season and is psyched to lead them to the Milan-Cortina Olympics in Italy. Here’s an interview with Danny about his post competitive career, how he got involved with Arbor and the design process that went into his new signature board.
