“First Ever Surfing Kangaroo” Aussie Surfers Rescues Wallaby Floundering Offshore

Cheers to Harrison Mogg and Huwan Medcalf, a pair of Aussie surfers who came upon a wallaby struggling to stay afloat 1,000 feet offshore and brought the marsupial back to land. The duo were on a surf trip to East Gippsland in Victoria, Australia when they saw the wallaby struggling close to the lineup. Quickly realizing the situation for dire for the tiny animal, they put it on one of their boards and paddled in.

Once they were back on shore the exhausted wallaby collapsed and it took a while before it recovered and started moving again. Cheers to these kindhearted blokes for helping this poor little animal in need. Good on ya fellas!
